Yeah. You can continuously damage Sea beast using Blizzard F and every move of Blizzard damage sea beast. Blizzard F does more damage than Dough v2 F that's why its above dough here
I just switched to kitsune bc it was on stock yesterday now i barely have any money and need materials to craft beast hunter so idk what to do 😕? Can u tell me?
First get mastery on it by server hopping cake queen after getting all the moves do sb hunt and get money and u can also easily grind materials and sb with kitsune and after u do all these things u can do levi hunt if u want I can help u, i have beast hunter also i need levi scales to craft levi shield. i didn't have yesterday so I can't buy it lol
I agree I had some confusion in thinking about second place. They both r really good. But Mammoth Transformation can't walk on water unless they are shark race but Kitsune can so i put it in second place
Dough v2's every move damage sea beast test it if u don't believe u can just use dough v2 f also to do damage continuously as well as other moves. I don't know about dough v2 tap but other moves damage sea beast

Kitsune is not bad at sb but it not deserve second place
It can run on water with transformation even if ur not shark race and it's moves do good damage so i put it in second

It's not good enough to be in the top 5 sadly bcz it's moves do low DMG
I have used ice for ses beat hunting it's really bad for it not much damage most of the moves are small and some other reasons
