Big fan of Cucurella. Really fun character and obviously his bad patch of form wasn’t his true level. There’s a good reason City wanted him. Very happy he’s had a resurgence in form.
Look at his leap for someone he ain’t the tallest lol. Also think he’s brings more balance in the FB role compared to Grimaldo for the national team, and looks like he’s quite rated by the Spain coach.

For your information, that season Chelsea bought him, he won Brighton's player of the season and in case you didn't also know, Pep wanted him sooo bad but Chelsea was fast to get his signature. Even Barça that season wanted him. The fact that he hasn't found his form at Chelsea doesn't mean he's a bad player . It's potter, lampard etc that made Chelsea an average team

The facts remain he’s not as good as he thinks he is , and even though as you say it was lampard / potter who made chelsea average then he should have stood out as an exceptional footballer but of course he did not . @@SugarcaneBaby if they had taken advice they would never have paid silly money for him in the first place along side so many other Chelsea players, 90% of those players are not fit to wear the shirt , he cost us so many goals last season and cost us,along side other players finishing in the top 4 we were only 2 wins away from finishing 4 , if only he and others had turned up and played for club with total conviction.

I didnt see him defend, he was largely attacking the opposition box. The other team packed the bus.
