Another great video, few things: Pergola always comes with the RoofDeck option ; Grande is the elevation, Grande is more expensive than Vista, but your windows are taller in the rooms and different siding. While I would agree that upgrading from carpet to LVT/Hardwood Floor, it is a VERY expensive option with Toll Brothers (count 3x what the #1 Las Vegas Flooring installer would charge you for doing it after market.) Pool will be gated + electronic access for resident only.
