😵 Where has this hack been all my life!?!? My lashes are poker-straight (just like my hair) and I have struggled since I was a teenager (40+ years) with trying to get them to hold a curl! I will definitely be giving this one a try. Thank you for sharing, Shonagh.

@@ShonaghScott I certainly will! Whenever I apply mascara after curling my lashes, it's like curling your hair and then spraying it with water instead of hairspray, LOL!
Please sandy is that work and can I use a concealer I have the same problem as you 😢❤

I watched Alexandra's video Friday evening, and thought I might try it. Now I've seen you do it as well, I'm definitely going to have a go. I don't have any UD primer left, so will try it with a similar one...
I tried with both UD primer and Too Faced eyeshadow primer - works with both 😀
I wonder if it is better than a mascara primer - which I have never tried🤔
I use Clinque eyelash primer and that works well. But I'm definitely up for trying something new and different.
I hope this tips help my asian lashes look

Defo going to try this hack....would it work with other eyeshadow primers do u think Shonagh? As i dont have the urban decay one...i have plouise, mac and an amazon primer similar to plouise oh and the Sigma crayon like one too.
Thank u so much for not making this a You Tube "shorts", as i dislike them, mainly because they take my already tiny laptop screen out of "full screen mode" and then I cant see the shorts video with out picking u my glasses....so lazy I know! lol X

I use australian gold spf all over my face and eye lids and i notice that with the spf on my lashes it hold my curls really well too. I have very sad straight lashes but i noticed when i use that specific spf it holds its curls really nicely even when mascaras i use are not waterproof.
How random! But what a great tip!! I usually find if my SPF gets too close to my lashes my eyes get really red.
I really want to see this with a diff type of primer cuz I cant afford urban decay xD
Brilliant 👏 , does it effect the longevity of the mascara?
Does it remove from the lashes easily with cleansing balm?
It removes really easy with just water, and aids the longevity of the mascara wear that day!

As I was watching I thought hmmm, I wonder what would happen if instead I used benefit's 24-Hour Brow Setter?! So, since I had an unopened one, I did. I can't say for sure, but my lashes do appear to be set for life. I'll probably have to use my Falscara remover. Hee😆

I wonder if a concealer would work the same.
Concealer has moisture as it’s designed for under the eye, so would probably make a big grey mess mixed with mascara
@@amandac1061 i wondered because I heard some people use concealer as eyeshadow primer. :)
I have a Chanel eyelid primer that I don’t like for a shadow primer 🫣 may try this for the lashes as mine are poker straight and don’t hold a curl at all.
