Yamashita in his Master Class book n O Soto Gary actually uses the term O Soto Gake for the versions where the leg hooks in first before the reap, as opposed to O Soto Gari or O Soto Otoshi where the leg is planted. Not official name by the Kodokan but useful IMO.

The 'hopping' in uchi-mata is called ken-ken uchi-mata. We used to practice it a lot in the old days, before the ridiculous rules and terrible refereeing.

I don't think he will. I think he's injured.
Te waza is not really a technique but a classification of techniques, including tai otoshi, sumi otoshi, seoi nage, kata guruma, te guruma, sukui nage etc. Similar to ashi waza, goshi waza and sutemi waza.
So what’s the throw by the Mongolian?
It started as a sasae tsuri komi ashi. Not sure the second push has an official name, perhaps you could call it sumi otoshi?
