Glad it was helpful! That's so great! It is a lot...but when you break it down...it ends up being $10 a brush for the full set. Hard to chew in one sitting though! If you want some new brushes keep an eye out for another Spectrum sale!
These brushes look great! I am not a brush junkie since I wash my brushes after every use. But these and the WG have definitely been tempting me.

That last pencil type nail art looking brush I believe just comes that way. I’m watching videos to better inform myself b4 I buy the set just because it is so much even tho it’s a good deal when you brake it down but I too am a cosmetologist and I little tip is to maybe cut the hairs so it’s not so frayed. I’ve done that with nail polish brushes in the past and was great 👍. Btw I love what you said about the duo fiber brush having a bad haircut 💇♀️ lol. That was sooooo cute! I am also obsessed with your hair color. My hair is very long and grown out natural and your giving me that itch for some beautiful color. Love the video. thanks so much 🙏 you’re a doll 🤩
Yes I keep meaning to give that brush a little trim 😂 I have another one of the same but it wasn't flayed out so much. Another synthetic brand that I've been trying lately is LaraFaye, if you want to check them out. I believe they are less expensive than Spectrum, and they have some GREAT brushes. Maybe not as many small shapes as the KJH set here, but theyre very nice. I reviewed the eye brush set in my Nomad Cosmetics Whistler palette video, in case you want to see them. Just got these. I love having them, they arr great at manipulating creams and liquids so far. But to anyone wondering about the fibers, they are very similar (if not the same) to white brushes from BH Cosmetics. Theres nothing wrong with that, but the price difference is significant. That said, the style of the brushes are super easy to use and effective, i would repurchase if i lost mine. Its just a great curation.

@@KeepBeautyReal1 The MSQ eye brushes that I have (they arent white) have bristles with a texture somewhere between this and real techniques brushes. These are more slick vs real techniques brushes wich are more fuzzy/textured. The MSQ have less drag on the skin than the KHJ though; i like that a lot about them.
I bought the MSQ eye brushes because they were reccomended for sensitive, mature skin (the reviewer reccomended also the Nabla brushes. She uses only cruelty free products). She doesnt like brushes that move the skin around a lot. Ill try and find her name.

Hello! Now that you had the brushes for quite some time what’s your opinion on them? I ordered them and received today but I’m not 100% convince on the quality… maybe I’m wrong and the performance is great, I want to hear your thoughts since you have them now long and you are a MUA, thank you 🙏🏼
Some of them I reach for all the time! Mine have lasted well, haven’t excessively shed, and still feel soft. I did actually order a second set on Black Friday when they were on sale(which I’m not allowing myself to open until I declutter my collection). Don’t get me wrong, they’re not luxury brushes by any means, but I do really like them.

I would like to invest in a good brush set. The question is X Ariel set or KJH?
It looks like the KJH set is sold out. BUT 😉 if you want my opinion regardless, I think it depends on what brush shapes you like. Katie has a lot of smaller brushes (which I prefer). I will say, I have the KJH set and another set from Spectrum and I felt Like the KJH were a bit nicer
So I don’t know if the quality is the same across the board within the brand. The Ariel set IS cute! If you are looking for another great quality brand I am LOVING my Lara Faye brushes as well! I have a few
videos that I’ve used them in.

A year out, is this a brush set you reach for? I’m considering buying the 25 piece set during Cyber Monday (pretty good discount). I’m hoping to completely swap out my entire very old and raggedy brush set for this one. Let me know if there’s another set you’d recommend other than these! Thank you!! ❤
At this point, I think LaraFaye and BK Beauty are a bit better quality, BUT I do love a lot of the shapes in this set. At a good price, I still think this is a good option. I was tempted to pick up some LaraFaye in their 40% off but shipping is pretty pricy and goodness knows I have so many brushes.

@@beaherzberg oh I should mention that LaraFaye is doing 40% off right now (but shipping if you’re US can be a bit pricy). There is a beauty site that sells them stateside but only a few sets I believe. BK is still doing their sale, That one I think I linked on my page. They’re both great options!
