Emmet, always dig your playing. Benny III, hot '30s-like trumpet style, now thats cookin' with Gas. Hope can get Randy Brecker, Samara and or Martina on your program soon. When I put a CD, LP, or 78 on my girlfriend says, "you listen to dead people", well I dig music mainly from musicians born 1918 thru the early '30s. You & your group of musician friends make the music I crave come alive again. Also dance around the house to Brazillian jazz classics.

all dynamite players; best singer I've heard in a while -- might as well say it, came to yt to hear Earnestine Anderson do this song, but this singer gives her a run for the money. Tempo is smokin' and scatting is just awesome, really precise as to notes (which is hard for human voice)

Yes, it is in D. Very good!! I tested the key on iRealPro. Such a great tune though I’m used to hearing it at a slower tempo.
