Edit my experience about inequality: in my school when I was still in grade 7 a girl pushed a boy to a locker and his hand to a padlock which then bled but the girl got away with it the boy who was the victim got detention
Here is a personal experience at grade 2 I was bullied by girls, the teacher moved my seating place and the bullies are “scolded” which was more like the teacher talking to them

The problem was that they went into the men's bathroom when talking about a business account and so the account was given to the man since she wasn't in the room to advocate for herself.
This is also a made-up scenario from buzzfeed, and I have never once seen something similar in schooling or the workplace. So how does this accurately portray the real relationship between men and women in the workplace? I don't see any real problem here.
They were showing that three people were trying to negotiate a deal, and one of them being a woman. No one listened to her and then the men went in the bathroom and worked out the deal without the woman.

Buzzfeed, I think the title of this video should be "Being A Woman In The Workplace".
I think that was the point of the video, to show what a woman often goes through in a workplace, but they reversed the gender. They probably did it so people who believe it's right to treat women this way see things differently.
I've been through this countless times as an administrative assistant for 25 years and know EXACTLY what it's like.

I am male, but around my peers I would always get stepped on. I hated it and I felt like there was nothing I could do. "It's as if there is some system in place that I'm already not a part of." This isn't called being a woman. There is no "system." The system is life. Just because you happen to be someone who doesn't stand above others and doesn't barge into the "system," does not mean that you are an oppressed woman. The problem isn't that woman are oppressed the problem is that our society and culture is very prone to grouping. The solution we need isn't to "kill the patriarchy" it should be to create a more open and accepting society in all facets of life.
