Close to Anime Con season here in California again (well, the major ones). Hehe.
#AMVsWithSoul VII...hard to believe I made seven of these already. Well, technically eight if you count my short Christmas AMV of 2017, the year I first started this series of AMVs to be another editor that brings R&B vibes back to everybody's favorite Anime couples (canon or non-canon).
There's something that makes this latest #AMVsWithSoul installment different from years' past. A little darker to hit you where it hurts. Complete 180 transition from "Queen" to what I like to coin the "heartbreak frontier" of the series. "Drowning" is a very solid track by Mario, emphasizing on heartbreak, cheating, lust, etc. It was a great match for our infamous love triangle here in White Album 2. I did use the Anime in my Christmas AMV. That AMV did help me target some more Anime titles for reference on future #AMVsWithSoul ideas. And when the song dropped, it took me some time for an idea and then I remembered "ah, this could be good for WA2!" I did tease this during the New Year on my IG and here it is finally.
