    I had one exactly like this back in 1971. I paid $150 for it. Studebaker was WAY ahead of it's time. Using fiberglass long before many other automakers.

    Basic car configuration for many years. Who could fathom manual everything nowadays ?

    Older than me, and looks so well-preserved. That model had more years in it if they hadn't shut down. They might have had to make a "skybolt 4" if they made it to the 70s.

    Just think, having two keys...one for the ignition the other for doors and trunk. Wing windows! Bench seats.....sure miss it.

    Production didn't move to canada, Hamilton plant had been producing Studebakers since 1947.....the us plant simply shut down, Studebakers were made for many years in Canada

    Shoulda shown the vanity in the glovebox. Also somebody needs to set the tappets. Noisy
