  • Training for an obstacle course can be difficult if you don’t know where to start. I have set up a mini training area and have incorporated several techniques to help prepare for a run with 30 obstacles. These include rope climbing, dragging heavy objects, box jumping or tailgate jumping), sprints, lizard crawls, and more. Hope it helps you train hard.
