I'm oily and use Oilatum tanks to your vids and its the best moisturiser I've ever used...even in our high temps and humidity it never leaves me greasy

Love this look! I think it's so cute the way you promote yourselves, "if you aren't bored, or if you want to see us doing make up on other people..." You're so well mannered, you almost seem shy about telling us you're doing more stuff! I love all your channels, you are both lovely people with such talent, I could watch you all day, I actually have to shut my laptop down to avoid doing so, and practice my own makeup techniques! LOL

A tip for applying moisturizer on dry skin is patting it into the skin instead of rubbing. That way, it helps sink the moisturizer right into the skin and leaves it hydrated for a long time. I have super dry skin and with this technique, I now only apply my day moisturizer once a day instead of 3/4 times which I used to do :)

I have hooded eyes, and tightline everyday. I find it MUCH easier to do first, before any other eye makeup. You can use your fingers to manipulate the lid and have no worry about smudging anything.
All this time I've been watching you ladies, my word, I could never get bored! I'd have you over for coffee & chatting about lip gloss & hollywood, every day if I could!
This look is absolutely stunning!
The dryness of your skin is what's making it cakey. Make sure you're using a good moisturizer and letting it sink into the skin. And you also want to use a dewy foundation; depending on your skin tone you may not need one that offers full coverage. And powder in only the places you get oily--for most people it's the T-zone. The dryer your skin, the less product you want to use, ultimately.

If you wear concealer, instead of wiping your powder to set it, press it on instead. That'll help fill in lines (& pores) & will help make them more visible. Plus it woll help prevent creasing more than just swipping it will =]

Sam and Nic, please please please do a series of bridal looks! Maybe for blondes, brunettes, dramatic, neutral, or something like that. I would really love to see some different ways to create a beautiful bridal look. I hope you see this, it would just be amazing!
You need to be using a salmon toned (orange/peach) color corrector concealer first to cancel out the bluish-gray darkness under your eyes, then top it off with a concealer that's close to your skin color.
