Apple air pods pro 2. Can they be used as hearing aids ??

So recently I bought air pods 2 to test out with my iPhone. I was amazed at what I could hear. Talking to my wife with out her being loud. With Meniere's hearing loss is a big problem. These seem to help a lot and not as expensive as hearing aids are.
