i have been following this property since you starter selling it about 18 months ago, people just dont like this property for some reason , i think is the prices thats why the developer is dropping the price , or maybe the location it maybe be in the center of town but people are looking for more peaceful and not so much traffic iam in the market but iam gonna pass on this one
I personally feel that sometime people may have trouble visualizing the neighbourhood changing. As it does these will move up in price. We have tonnes of interest now with the incentives the developer brought forward. Thanks for feedback
