Custody battles make emotions run high. My ex filed for sole custody for no reason other than to hurt me, I’m a great mom. It took 9 months to settle where I felt like my whole life was in limbo during which time he did multiple things to try and make me blow my top. I knew my daughter was more important than any of that, didn’t play into those games and got custody of my daughter.

Exactly. Mental illness is the legal excuse! What she did was pure evil, despite any emotional breakdown she was having, she intentionally committed an act of evil. She was a selfish, cruel mother and that’s not caused by any illness… It’s evilness. The world fell for it as an excuse and many people now sympathize with these people.

She had it in her head that she was wronged about something and that she was entitled to more things.

If by any chance you come across this comment, I would love to request you to cover a missing person’s case that has never sat right with me. His name is Ryan Shtuka and he went missing out of BC, Canada in 2018, unfortunately it has had no leads thus far. The family and advocates have been bringing awareness to this case by sharing Dino figures with his photo and case info far and wide; very much like what the detective in this episode did! It made me think of the Shtuka case, and I would like to see it get publicity your channel could bring.
    Thanks TCD!

She couldn't deal with her husband's betrayal. She was abandon by her husband and believed she was losing her son too, and that took her over the edge.

Maybe no justice on earth but one day she will stand before God and give an account of what she did. Just know, justice will prevail. God said "I will reward people according to their deeds"

I understand what Robert was saying however it felt a bit like victim blaming! The police probably didnt take it seriously because the allegations were against a woman and she was the mother

Its hard because calling in a welfare check can also be deadly depending on how the police and individual respond. If police were better trained to deal with mental health issues or there was a department specifically for mental health and other wellness checks it would be easier to call them in these kinds of situations.

Both of these cases are horrific. I don’t care what the father did, that baby did not deserve to pay with his life. As for the poor sweet, innocent children on that bus, I can’t believe they let that monster out on bail. She needs to be behind bars for the rest of her life, and it needs to be tattooed on her forehead that she abused at risk children so all her prison mates know how to deal with her.

His stuff being trashed was evidence that she was hysterical..him calling the cops to show his son was taken by his ex wife who was angry pushed them to send out an amber alert.

In no way am I justifying this but Some ppl will never understand the turmoil custody battles cause…it takes strong minded individuals to be able to handle this maturely cause ppl will stoop to the absolute lowest of the low to hurt the opposing parent and make them seem unfit with money etc but the love of a parent some may never understand until you go through this it may have not been evil at all but the toll this takes on the kids as well no child should have to choose sides or made feel they do it’s toxic May GOD cover all involved

I find it weird that Anna seems more upset about kids getting bruises on a bus (story 2) than she was about a toddler being murdered by his mother (story 1).
Obviously the second story is sad and unfortunate, but it's nowhere near as tragic as the first story. The two stories are light years apart on the tragedy scale. Bruises are nothing compared to murder.

The cops wouldn't go looking for her too hard anyway. For a misdemeanor for criminal mischief. They can't go arrest her for talking crazy. They definitely weren't going to do much for dad against mom!!! Mom is always right in their eyes
