1:30 Uninstall OEM Side Markers
3:00 Connect Unity Side Marker to car’s adapter
3:23 Prepare turn signal wire (Skip to 5:30 if you aren’t installing turn signal)
4:30 Fish wire through car body
5:30 Install Unity Side Marker to car body (final step for non-turn signal install)
6:22 Repeat of steps above on driver side (including Humza flex)
11:33 Driver side locate headlight wire harness
12:55 Unclip harness tie-downs
13:39 Remove factory tape and wire loop
15:20 Identify wire to splice
Touring (Driver side = Blue | Pass side = Green)
Others (Driver side = Grey | Pass side = Beige)
15:58 Splice wire sheathing
16:50 Prep wires for soldering (Create eyehole, joining wires, apply soldering paste
19:35 Solder wires
20:54 Apply liquid electrical tape
21:30 Repeat of above steps on passenger side
29:05 Using quick connect splicing system instead of soldering (NOT RECOMMENDED)
32:36 Wrap harness with electrical tape
34:07 Reattach wire harness and tie-downs
38:15 Secure loose turn signal wiring
40:20 Final Result and Demo

I have done plenty of my own soddering wires for a more secure connection over the years, but for personal mods, not for a living.

Hello came across this video as I’m trying to connect my side markers into my headlight thing is in your video you showed for the halogen and I switched out my halogens for the led aftermarket version and I have sequential on those as well now all my wires are black and red on the plug for my headlights with wire do I tap into for my white light and for my sequentials on my side markers to work ? They only turn amber.
i installed mine but my turn signal doesn’t react, what did i do wrong? i tapped into the correct wires and all.
Is it okay to just skip the soldering part and just heat shrink the wire?

In the demo video on the website it showed that not only were the side markers sequential but also the turn signal and the turn signal on the side mirror. How can we set that up as well ?
I believe for the headlights you need to get custom ones, I believe they have those on the site and side mirrors also custom
Correct, both the headlights and mirrors are aftermarket ones that we carry on the website
do i really have to use the soldering and water tape? or just the electrical tape is fine?
you can use electrical tape, we've just showed what's above and beyond

You mentioned all July and December 2020 orders on the smoked white side markers are being upgraded for free. Does this include the months between July and December of 2020? (As I purchased mine in September of 2020). I still want to pick these ones up to upgrade the current standard smoked white side markers I have but if you're offering a free upgrade, can't really beat that!
Am going to order a pair but got a question the pre ordered that you have (Smoked with Amber LED (Pre-Order OPEN for late January Delivery!) Are this have only the Amber color or it has both white LED and Amber colo for sequence ?

Correct, you can do that if you don't want to use the sequential turn signals

yes you can
I did this without the paste. Did I need to do it with paste and should I go redo it?
The paste helps to attract the solder to all parts of the joint and ensure gaps are filled. As long as you have a tight solder with no spaces and secured it well afterwards you should be ok.
Do you have to disconnect the battery when doing wiring ?
No, not required
Can you use heat shrink and put a wire loom over

do we have to sodder the wire?
No, you can use the included quick connect clips. However, they aren't as corrosion resistant as the soldering method.
I turned on my car and they only light up amber, did I splice to the wrong wire?
And they don’t react with the turn signal

I think that will void your warranty.
Well, doing anything improperly can. Any dealership has to prove the modification was the actual reason for warranty concerns. How we show is how a professional job should be performed :)
