I have hypoglycemia and my specialist told me I should have mostly green veggies and a very small amount of fruit in my smoothies. The smoothie ratio should be 3/4 greens and 1/4 or less of fruit. Lots of fruit can spike your glucose and then drop you and the glucose can crash. Please consult with your specialist before trying to diet on your own. Everybody is different.
