Recliner Problems Video Peter D'Aprix June 2024

This video shows what happens as I sit back in the video and the bottom seat sags down as the back sags back. This is causing me lower back and coccyx problems that has sent me to the chiropractor many times until I realized what was happening. It means I cannot use the recliner as a recliner but only use it in the upright position and then only for short periods. This is not what I expected based on the claims on your product description on your website. Peter D'Aprix
