hahah ab tu aisa hi lagta hai bhai. This is because of bahria management wrong policies. Increased maintenance charges, high electricity rates, water rate now extra built up area vouchers for newly constructed villas etc etc. This policy is ruining bahria town Karachi and thats why BTK2 has alresdy almonst till now os considered as a failed project which was launched at a very bad time when world was effected with corona virus. I am surprised why BTK management dont think on these lines to grow up the market. They should give some relaxation to the residents by reducing the rates of all utility bills. baat lambi ho gai maazarat.
