@@cammalone4457 you got this I just finished a 4 week fast and it made a big difference first week is the hardest you go through a big decrease in dopamine. Reading, listening to instrumental music, podcasts, any type of exercise and eating apples was really helpful!
Now returning to social media just Instagram I feel more in control and more observant vs absorbed. Helps you really think for yourself and evaluate what you want and what’s really important. I noticed also I pause and enjoy the present more not always feeling the urge to check my phone.
