Just wanted to say that I truly appreciate this video! I had a Dyno Blast back in like '92. Recently got a '97 VFR & after completely rebuilding & lacing the Mohawk rims with yellow spokes & black nipples, it was time to put them back on. I decided to loosen the unbranded canti brakes to get the already inflated tire pass the pads... Big mistake. Seems the cable pinch nut & screw completely stripped out. Trying to figure out what to do, I was researching what to replace them with. A few people mentioned V-brakes on various forums, but I wasn't sure if they'd fit my frame. Then I found your video & you just _happened_ to have a VFR as well! I also picked up a red GT with a rear Tektro V-brake, but wasn't sure about the similarities in the frames. So, now I know I have some more options.

Thank you man! I had such troubles with this micro adjustments that it's so nice to have someone explaining how they work. Overall a great video to learn from!

BMX bikes have Dia Comp MX1000 brakes, a 44t front sprocket, Comp III gumwall tires and the plastic seat does NOT touch the frame.

Yeah I know. Lol. I just remember learning bike repair when I was young and don’t want to go too fast for anybody. You could always watch it at double speed. It will make me sound funny too ! Thanks for watching
