Silencer Muffler is one of the Most Important Part of our motorcycle. These Silencer Muffler Reaches a very very High temperature and hence tends to corrode very fastly. It's very important to Protect these silencer muffler from getting corroded. Here I am using Heat Resistant paint to Paint the Rusted Silencer of my Motorcycle.

I like ur videos very much. I am resolving my bike issues by watching ur videos and saving money. Aur mera gaadi ka problem hai ki .handle se dhak dhak sound aah raha ..ohthi kithna mrchanics ko dikaya but avi thak problem solve nahi hua. Cones vi change kiya balls vi change kiya handle. But no use. Gadi model honda sp shine 2016. Hopw i will get the solution for this one.

Hi Nippon Paint Ryo Pylac 1000 is comes only with black can I apply it on silencer
Generally we use matt black on silencer or else after applying it will turn in to Matt black

I removed muffler of Activa and applied heat resistant spray paint of good quality. But doesn't last.

Use wanted aerosol color spray & then apply clear lacquer spray.

Sir please help me since my vehicle is new it got some minor scratches on silensor during unloading i can easily see the steel from scratch surface can i directly apply rustoleum on those scratches.
There are few places i found some yellow stuff in silensor its at a joint in silence can i directly apply rustoleum over yellow stuff since its hard to reach those places comfortably please help

agar rust hokar exaust pipe(engine se connected pipe jaha aape iss vedio main bataya)) se dhua aata hai to kya karna chaiye..kya use thik kiya jaa sakta hai yaa naya hi kharidna padega?
If the pipe is slightly damaged you can simply close the hole by gas welding. But if the pipe is Worsley damaged and more than 70%corroded, it's better to replace it for complete peace of mind.

No,on crome surface it will not give a good bounding
