This was so easy to do! I bought a medium weight linen panel for the fabric and it came out so beautiful. Thank you so much! Took me 45 minutes hands on just because I wanted to be extra careful I was doing it right. Couldn’t have been happier with the end result.
It's a great idea, but it will not work with the 58" blinds because most fabrics are 55" wide, so there is not enough material to wrap it around along the length. I tried using the width (55") for the length of the shade, but then it's too short, so the blinds' top or bottom is exposed. I did not take this into consideration when I bought the fabric at Hobby Lobby. It will work with a pre-made shower curtain, which is 72"x72".
