Us fathers are to be the providers and protectors. The one who guides the whole family. The spiritual leaders. To many are letting the wife do everything. We must do our biblical responsibility as head of household and lay our lifes down for our family's. Disciplining our children in love. Training them in the way they should go. Leading our whole family in the things of Christ.. To serve Christ. We are to be responible as head of house. And the wives/mothers are to submit to the cause of helping the husbands/fathers do and become that fulfilling our biblical roles as all in submission to Christ who is the head.

A Christian father should be loving and dedicated to their family. They should also know how to properly educate their children in God's word so they know how to defend the faith against the obstacles of what life brings.

Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.

Really nice video. to keep the decrees? how? to honour your mother and father? i wasnt raised with a dad, and i dont think even if he did, if he had been set free or really knew Jesus, still a captive to the world, and the earthly woman i was born from, i dont know if is demonic or not, but would not like me talking about Jesus or tell me not to, and i grew up with a lot of abuse. how can i then keep the decrees of honouring your mother and father. whilst im a believer in Jesus.
then when i tried to honour that command to help get her to church, whilst trying to escape from a horrible life, it was like she would try to drag me back as i was trying to help her be rescued. and now im like i dont know whats going on, whilst still trying to honoour the decrees.
and even then Jesus says he will separate and cause division in the family and mother will be against daughter etc.
a little lost right now :o(
    Praise God anyway
    Jesus is Alive!!!

All the fathers in the comment section I pray for you. My mother can’t even ask my dad for $5 dollars without starting an argument with her. He looks good in church but then when we get home he turns into a different person. It’s weird honestly. I don’t know how to feel because the only thing that he can use to solve things is violence. 😐

  • @fightthegoodfightoffaithmi8676

    Philippians 4:8
Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
    2 Timothy 3:12
Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.

I was lost until my son was 15 and my daughter 9.....my son has extreme liberal beliefs and is LGBT. My daughter sets a reminder in her phone so that she never forgets to pray. What a mistake that I made and what a crappy dad I was until Christ turned a stone cold heart into flesh. I will always feel partially responsible for my sons relationship with God

And how is a father supposed to accomplish all this without any authority over his own family ?

I am asking the same question,in a country where the rod is removed and children know all you can do is talk without any meaningful punishment. All the garbage you see here can't happen in any middle east country where fathers are in charge.

Without any authority over his own family? Why don't you have authority? Did you marry a woman who doesn't respect you?

True and its time for us men to take responsibility. To be men of faith. To fulfill our biblical role in love and be leaders within the household and within our church our lifes, to lay down our life's(ephesians 5:25) to be the spiritual leaders.

Why did the bible allow its followers to own slaves without ever condemning the practice? Why was God able to ask people not to steal(kidnap) a man, but allowed his followers to buy them and consider them property that could be passed on to their children as an inheritance? Do you think that is moral?

@@betrion7 So you do not want to share what you believe with me? I am asking you analog if you personally think it is moral to consider another person property that can be passed on to your children as an inheritance? Is that a morally acceptable act to you personally....regardless of what someone else has typed out? Are you not able to make a moral judgment and explain your reasoning?
