- I put together ten funny but also witty car commercials - they are entertaining, intelligent, and creative and although they may not make you laugh they do put a smile in your face.

No, Audi is openly aggressive ... xD Actually, Audi's slogan is "Vorspung durch Technik" / "Advancement through Technology" since 1971 (Audi US used "Truth in Engineering" from 2007 to 2016 but let it go) and as far as I know, Audi always tried to position its brand in the ranks between Mercedes' luxury and BMW's sportiness. So it's more business upgrade with technological knowledge/finess. But when it comes to advertising in US, they are very often wild racing, speeding and so on.

From what I see, they have like 1 ad a month, but always a different one. They're more focused on something like Spotify.

Hehe, ne aber wirklich. Ich sehe zwar auch nicht so oft fern, aber die Werbung bekomm ich immer mit. Und Audi ist da fast nie bei. Nur eben manchmal, mit simplen, aber trotzdem guten Werbungen. Jedes mal eine andere.

In EU direct comparison with the competing products is forbiden, so you can't attack your opponoents in your commercials :D It's funny that in Murica it is normal to use this :D
Wintergewitter42 : You're right, comparative advertising has been forbidden for very long but now it is permitted - in Deutschland seit 2000 - but only if it's not misleading. That opens the way to lawsuits and troubles, so companies simple don't do it. But it can be a lot of fun! XD

It's a nice idea, right? The commercial itself is not very famous and also the quality is very bad, but I had to include it in the video because of its simplicity and this surprising moment at the end!

I'm not sure for which market the ad was intended but they use the brand characteristics of their famous competitors - like the design of Alfa Romeo at the beginning - to profit from their image, to use it, but in a kind of understatement way. No, they really aren't. I seen them all the time when I go out. The more expensive ones like Hellcats or Daytonas are the rare ones.
I see maybie 2 Dodge Ram's in a day. If i am lucky i see a Challenger or a Charger. And i'm also lucky if i see a Mustang in one day. Partly because i live in Europe. And partly because no one here is rich enough for those cars.
