Toy hunting in California kinda sucks. It's not that you can't find anything, it's just that most everyone thinks their stuff is "gold standard". So I love seeing you hunting in other states.

DFW was my first "GI Joe" show and only the 2nd Toy convention I've been to and thought it was a great time. Really nice meeting a bunch of great people.

Bobby has to be the hardest working toy designer in the world. Toy designing, accounting, sales, marketing, logistics, convention exhibitor etc, etc. Those are a lot of heavy hats for one person. He's the Renaissance man of the action figure world 🫡.

Great video! As someone that’s had to set for trade shows for (both as a facilities manager and as an vendor) it’s always awesome when the setup is exactly how you want/need it to be.
These are the videos of your I enjoy watching. Seeing the working being done. This is what builds lifelong fans. Seeing you do it from the ground up. These are the type of videos that’ll stick with people years from now when your business has grown exponentially.

Really cool insight, I used to do shows in the auto industry and it is a lot of work for sure! When you mentioned certain figures sell better at shows because people like the way it looks in person, I absolutely agree, sometimes things really do look better in person.

Great Video of what it takes for you to do a show for saying your Action Force figures. There alot of work that goes into a show and then you have to take down and put back in your trailer. It's crazy. Thanks Bobby for putting out great Military figures. I can't wait until the Vanguard starts to ship out. I am so excited😁😁😁

Shop the Curiosity was the first show I ever attended, and I went to it specifically to meet you! So, glad I was able to attend, you were awesome, and I’m glad we were able to work out a deal! Hopefully I’ll be able to attend another show soon, and if you ever want to make a deal again let me know, and also if you ever have open positions let me know (would love to work for/with you)! Action Force is by far my favorite line that I’m collecting!
Trigger is a solid figure. I would just hem his pants. Pant hems that fall below the ankle just get shredded so fast. Classifieds doc has a reasonable hem job.
Night ops trigger would be fun too

As a toy maker, if I were you. I would have an action figure library/archive of everything you make. Weapons, packs, and accessories. Then, you can have action figure cases with the figs to take to the shows... Great content, sir...

On your office floor, layout blue painters tape on the floor for the size of the booth and do your setup preshow for any last minute fitting.
That’s a good idea, however you never know the odd details of the space you’re given

@valaverse why you don't simply rent storage places that are in the same vicinity for the same comic cons or joefest shows you attend for example have one with the valastash already at a storage garage and simply pick it up a few days or the day before at the show at DFW and no hassle it's all about working smart not hard
