@@577buttfan Dude in and around the vacinity of very old manual water wells is a fantastic place to find all kinds of valuables . Consider how many trips per day was made to an old well back in the day to get water. Good hike bro !
The bottoms are too thin also.I can feel every rock even after installing the good insoles.Ill just wear my Merrils from now on. They are called Northside hiking boots.I see they have decent reviews for other types. Very Christmasy lol I feel like the Grinch :)

My friends are The trees, They are easy to please. People, not so much, They come with too much sleaze. My ancestors wore moccasins. It gave them a closer connection between the soul and Mother Earth. Today's soles have removed that. And so much more. 😔 😑🦗
