Glad I found this vid. I went to this camp as a camper in late 60's early 70's. The became a counselor before going in the Marine Corps. This brings back great memories!

Minikani 2016 is my last explorer year I'm going hope to go to LTS and if I don't I would go for masters then try again to go for LTS I can't wait to go to minikani it is my home away from home and I don't know what I would be doing without it. I love camp so so much and could never ask for a better place to be during summer. Love you camp see you in a in 10 months💘❤ I have been going to camp since I was 6, i went to day camp and then the GU! I loved every moment at camp and I would never ask to leave one year I cryed the entire day and the entire ride home and for an hour at home because I didn't want to leave my dad embarrassingly had to pry me off my bunk one time😶.one year I went for my birthday and I was so excited and then I stood there in front of all camp and I was so shocked at the full tables and how many people had started to come since I have been there. It was so fun and my friends shoved cupcakes that my mom brought for the cabin in my face. I then took a shower and changed so I didn't have frosting on me for my first rag. Minikani is the place were I can be myself and not get judged or discluded for it. I'm a little terrified about this year because it could possibly be on of my last years at camp and no one want to leave. My brothers friend didn't get into LTS and she cried for so long and I don't want to be like her and not be able to come back to camp. In the minikani so it says "minikani I'm coming' home to you" but if you asked me whenever I sing that its weird because I'm already there.. In my home and I never want to change my home.. ever. Also I'm excited for this year at minikani because it could mean that I get to stay at camp for 3+ years and I love that! So much! All the friends I have from camp are like my family and I lobe my family I always have and always will. I love camp more than anything in the world!
