Hey, beautiful house. I built my mud house last year - 2018. I made mud bricks from the soil on my land. Sun dried bricks. All materials used were sourced from within 50 km radius. I used cement only to build the foundation boundary and pillars.

@@himanshusahu4283 pakaya nahi... sirf dhup me sukhaya... cost sirf labour ka hua. 500 -600 bricks per day , 5 -6 people. Less people if you have water filled in a tank right there. I had one person bringing buckets of water from the stream. 2-4 minutes away

I hv my own mud house but its wall fishing is not good as you're house. Can you tell me wich type of plaster material u used your house wall.
We've used mud plaster in 3 coats with varying thicknesses and additives like oil, cow dung and fine sand.

I would think that the cheapest and easiest way for you to build would be to use unbaked/unburnt bricks (adobes) which you can get from the several brick kilns along the banks of the Ganga. Because of soil quality in the region, the burnt bricks are generally really strong and of top quality. We would have to do some basic tests to make sure that the adobes also are strong. How long does it take to build and how about the durability
The time taken to build depends on many factors like location of the project, skills of crafts-persons, availability of resources, size of the project etc. As long as certain things are taken into consideration during design, it should last you a lifetime if not more.

Can we live with out AC and air cooler during summer in the mudhouse
By using mud walls you are already minimizing the heat gain into the house. Additionally, by creating a mezzanine level you will be keeping heat out that is gained from the roof. The combination of this + natural ventilation (if designed well to make the most of the wind movements), should be enough to give adequate comfort. However it would depend on each persons needs whether they can live without an AC or air cooler.
Yugendhar the heat of the normal cement house took atleast 6-7 hours after sunset to cooldown depend on the outside temp also. But in mudhouse you already avoiding Burned bricks and also you experience less heat as compare to concerete house I am having mud house in hometown. You don't need AC and Heater too live in this natural fantabulous house...
