Thank you for reacting to Vocal kings of whole kpop industry. yes, they are actually called the Vocal kings of kpop because all 9 members have soothing and enegetic vocals. EXO have been in the industry for 11 years and they are still active. They are having a comeback this year. EXO has 9 members and among them there's 2 rappers. Kai is the main dancer AKA dancing machine of kpop industry and the global ambassador of Gucci. All EXO members are singers, all can lowkey rap too, actors as well. EXO's main rapper Chanyeol can play multiple musical instruments, an amazing actor, song-writer, producer, brand ambassador and DJ as well. They have 3 main vocalists who are in the top level in the industry. one of the members, LAY is a Chinese member who is also an actor since childhood, another dancing machine, model and he has his own entertaining company in China.
Please react to OBSESSION and TEMPO by EXO next. Focus on the vocals for sure. EXO is very versatile in case of music so they will keep surprising you. Hope to get your reaction to EXO and Rover by KAI soon.

I see EXO i click 🤭 Welcome to EXOPLANET ✨ my fellow EXO-Ls will give you many recommendation, but here's my list based from your reaction from this video:
1. LOTTO - this MV is the title of their 3rd repackaged album (their 3rd album named "Ex'Act", the title MVs is "Monster" & "Lucky One" cause at that time EXO released 2 MV at the same day)
2. LOVE ME RIGHT - this is the first (?) MV that shown 9 members (formerly EXO had 12 members, divided to 6 members EXO-K and 6 members EXO-M, but 3 members of EXO-M left the group, last member who quit is Tao in "CALL ME BABY" is the one blonde tall guy). Love Me Right is the repackaged of their 2nd full album named "EXODUS" (which the title MV "Call Me Baby")
3. TEMPO - this is the MV before "Love Shot", cause Love Shot is the repackaged of DON'T MESS UP MY TEMPO (their 5th full album).
Are you confused? Well basically in K-Pop (especially in SM) there's a repackaged album after release their full album & there's mini Album too.

EXO currently are a nine member group and yes they are still under SM and have been active individually as solo artists as well. They are gonna come with new music as a group after their 4 year hiatus now. (Due to covid 19 and their military enlistments)
A love shot is a drink made with someone you love where you interlink your arms before drinking. This song plays on that. The lyrics are about love, but, as always with EXO, the MV pays little attention to that and is more focused on their group Concept. In that they are (basically) fighting the Red Force, so the image is a gun. You get a lot of double meanings and hidden clues with EXO, they have the most thoroughly developed concept in Kpop.
EXO is hugely popular, especially within the industry, so if you follow any group you are likely to see them covering or just singing snips of EXO songs. A lot of their songs are difficult to cover because of the depth of harmonies and general vocal ability that runs through the whole group. A sign of how popular they are is that Kai - who you have heard of - has been given the nickname of the Idol of Idols by the Kpop industry because he is so well respected and looked up to. For his latest dance challenge, he had other idols lining up to so it with him. EXO is full of highly regarded members - the Genius Idol, the R&B King, the OST King, the Prince of Asia, the King of China, Asia's First Love, are all nicknames the industry have given them, as well as being named as a group The Nation's First Pick and the Powerhouse of Kpop and having the song known as S Korea's other national anthem. They have not pushed in the West, so they are not as well known here, especially are the facts and figures we mostly see are western based.
Finding EXO is like opening a magical rabbit hole. They are utterly brilliant, and really shine on stage - check out their lives to understand. I hope you enjoy your journey finding them.
The newest song they have came out with is “Don’t fight the feeling” and it was more of a fan gift than a true comeback since there was a lot of them in military and not much updates. Many Mv’s will show different amounts of members due to some leaving in the early years and mandatory military service (they only have one more to go in the army now, Kai just joined)
EXO is known as the vocal kings of the industry. It is the group that started the 3rd generation. They also started the theory thing in MVs. EXO's planning goes back much further and its story is about space. I recommend the video “The Ultimate Guide To EXO” to better understand the members and the storyline. My advice would be to watch all the MVs first. You can then head to the live performances and members' solo work. EXO shows their real difference at their concerts. In order to understand the story in EXO's "Monster" MV, as well as all of EXO's content, you have to know that it's all connected, and every new piece that's introduced explains a little more of EXO's story. Each MV is like another chapter in SM Entertainment's SM Culture Universe storyline and it's all part of a larger story that also includes the majority of SM's other groups' and artists' storylines. It's like one giant graphic novel or mystery movie series.
Everything EXO is involved in, and I literally mean almost everything -- including all of their MVs, the majority of their sub-sub-unit MVs and members' solo MVs, teaser videos, concert stages, concert VCRs (videos played in between sets at concerts) and choreography, as well as special content included with their albums, etc. -- is designed to help tell a little more of EXO's story.
EXO debuted back in 2012, and from the very beginning their concept is that they are aliens from Planet Exo who have come to Earth with superpowers to protect the Tree of Life from the Red Forces. And as otherworldly beings, each of the members has a superpower that is unique to them.
"Monster" was released in 2016, so there are 9 members in this MV.
As the English lines in "Monster" say ... They're "Creeping, Creeping Creeping .... Creeping in your heart babe" "You can call me Monster (because) I'm creeping in your heart babe." "She got me goin' crazy." The song's called "Monster," so the words are about acting like a monster: "Don't be afraid, love is the way ... I'm sorry, you make me sooo craaaazzzy, you know you dooooo."
So the floating watch and the car that is on fire in reverse, etc., I think was -- on top of being a metaphor in the story -- also supposed to be the members using their superpowers. And the snake, like a monster, mirrors the beat of the song, which kind of slithers like a snake as a metaphor for the way the guy slithers in and out of the relationship stealing warmth and affection from the girl, but in the end, leaving her cold and alone like a cold-blooded snake, etc. The snake is also red, which means that it most likely represents something to do with the the Red Force.
If you look up the English translation of the lyrics, you will see the song has very little to do with the story in the MV. In the song the members are talking about a girl and they are telling the girl that "You can call me Monster" because I know I am bad for you and I will ruin you. I know that when we are over that I will have destroyed everything that is good about you, but I don't care because I want you so much that it doesn't matter to me. But the MV is about EXO's origin story and about the fact that they have come to Earth on a mission.
Also, the majority of the choreography for "Monster" has to do with the members using their powers, so when/if you watch the dance practice and/or a live performance, if you know what you are looking for, you will see that each move is done for a very specific reason. The X they make to represent EXO is only the beginning of the story in their choreography.
For example, D.O. has the power of super strength, so during his part in the song and choreography you will see that he waves his hands and the other members are pushed away from him or pulled toward him. When you see Suho in the middle of the group and they have a hold of his arms, he rotates his body around like swirling water because Suho has the power to control water. Xiumin has the power to control snow/ice/frost, so during one part of the choreography you will see that each of the members pause as if frozen as he moves in front of them. You see Kai slide backward and forward into the center of the group while waving his arms to represent him teleporting. And when Chanyeol jumps over Lay, Sehun and Xiumin, this could be him using his phoenix fire wings to fly, or it could be showing him leaping over flames because his power is the ability to control fire. Sehun has the power to control wind, so during his parts, you will see the other members shuffle around him as if they are creating a windstorm. And when they sit on the ground with their one knee in the air and rotate their bodies, it's supposed to represent a sundial -- EXO gets their power from the eclipse and their powers are affected by planetary and solar phenomenon, so the sundial is meant to represent the passing of time and their connection to the sun. (Even some of EXO's comebacks were released on days when we had a real eclipse or other planetary phenomenon, etc.)
You should also make note that "Lotto" is a prequel to "Monster," so when you watch their "Lotto" MV, just keep in mind that what you saw happen in "Monster" is what is going to take place after or in conjunction with the events in "Lotto".
How "Monster" and "Lotto" tie into EXOs larger storyline is a little open ended, but because "Lotto" is thought to be the prequel to "Monster," I think the story starts out in "Lotto" where the members have somehow infiltrated this big gambling ring and are undercover as they work to uncover a clue or something they need in order to accomplish their tasks here on Earth. I think the underground gambling establishment is run by a gang of bad guys who are probably members of the Red Force.
"Lotto" is where we are introduced to a girl who is being held captive. And ultimately, I think what EXO are trying to do is rescue the girl from the Red Force, but they are trying to do it without blowing their cover or being found out. So, that's why you see in "Lotto," and continued in "Monster," the members are fighting against the police because the police have come in to take down the gambling ring and rescue the girl, which is also what EXO are trying to do. However, the members of EXO don't want to be discovered, so they play along as if they are part of the bad guys. EXO are supposed to be going about their tasks here on Earth incognito, and humanity is never supposed to find out about EXO, so they are trying to keep a low profile.
As we see in the end of "Monster," Baekhyun disguises himself as one of the police and helps the other members escape from the back of the police van before they are taken to jail and/or captured by the Red Force, etc. (However, if you look closely, the members who are in the back of the police van are dressed in red, so the ones who Baekhyun rescued may be X-EXO -- EXO's alter ego clones -- and not EXO like we originally thought. Although I'm not sure whether at this point Baekhyun realizes these aren't the EXO members. Or maybe Baekhyun is also a member of X-EXO. Just another giant mystery we have yet to solve.)
You also see Lay, EXO's Chinese member, crouched in the middle of what looks like a pile of people -- I'm not sure whether these are the FBI agents, or if these are members of the Red Force -- and I think he is checking to make sure they are OK and possibly trying to use his power of healing to fix things and heal the injured.
Because some theories believe that EXO are traveling between time periods and dimensions, I think in "Monster" they also might be showing how some of the members are arriving on scene at different moments in the timeline of events that are taking place in the MV -- the members don't necessarily arrive at the location together -- as explained in their Pathcode teaser videos leading up to their "Call Me Baby" comeback. For instance, in "Monster" you also see Kai standing on or near a giant pile of people as well, and he seems to be standing over them. Some have pointed to this as possibly showing evil X-EXO Kai -- Kai's alter ego clone that was created by the Red Forced and introduced in EXO's "Obsession" MV -- who has done something bad, but I think this may be showing good EXO Kai, who has just shown up at that moment, observing what has taken place. Because Kai has the power of teleportation he is the one that is in charge of bringing the members together and traveling between time and space, so I think he has shown up from a different time or place and is now trying to figure out what has happened, etc.
In EXO's "Obsession" MV the members in the bright colored clothing with the crazy makeup and hair are supposed to be X-EXO -- EXO's alter ego clones who have been created by the evil Red Force -- and the ones in the black or dark colored clothing are supposed to be EXO -- the good guys. So, in the parts where they are dressed in all black in "Monster" I think this is showing EXO, and where you see them in the clothing with red accents, this might by showing X-EXO. At the time when "Monster" was first released, we had no idea about X-EXO's existence, but since "Obsession" -- which is one of EXO's most recent releases -- we have started to go back and reanalyze some of their older MVs, and it appears that what we thought was always EXO, may have been in fact X-EXO some of the time.
As you can see, EXO's story is always evolving and changing, and just when you think you have one part understood, SM introduces a new piece of the story and changes the direction of the narrative.
Also pay attention to when you see red and blue. In EXO's MVs when you see red light or red objects this is where the Red Force has control, and when you see blue light or blue objects this is where EXO has the upperhand. However, if you see purple or red and blue in the same scene this is when EXO and the Red Force are battling for control -- red and blue mixed together make purple.
Unfortunately, as you can see, what makes EXO's storyline even more difficult to follow is the fact that nothing is ever in chronological order. So you really have to pay close attention to every detail, to even begin to make connections.

yeah, they all can do everything, but usually, Chanyeol and Sehun are the ones who rap, the 2 main rappers, then Kai and Xiumin also rap but recent for years they are more focused as vocalists.

EXO just like business man,, you searh !? not gonna find them much. Idol ? Im ot sure but their still artists. they are actors almost all of them, have some great movies, underrated, Lay is Chinese CEO , Suho just traveler, Chanyeol and Chen just song writer and composer, Sehun just Model and actor, Kai is Idol of idol, D.O cant count how many his Project, Baekhyun just gammer his face everywhere, and Xiumin the most underrated one.
Another thing you need to know about exo is that the debuted under sm entertainment in 2012 as 12 members and were divided into two units. The first unit was ment for more of the korean market so they sang in korean and they had 6 Korean members (suho,d.o, chanyeol, sehun,kai, baekhyun). The second unit ment for the Chinese market so they sang the same kind of music as the Korean unit just in Chinese and were more promoted in China, and they had six members as well but two koreans members (chen, xiumin), and other 4 Chinese members (Tao, luhan, kirs and lay). In 2014 two Chinese members left sm entertainment and exo (kris and luhan) because of personal issues, so exo stayed as 10, and in 2015 one more Chinese member left (Tao) also because of personal issues, so exo became 9, and SM entertainment made them as one big group. In farther mv's you might see exo as 8 members and the reason is that lay is really huge Chinese star in china and for a while south Korea and China had big issues between them so it made lay unable to participate in exo's activities. And in other times you will see exo as six members and the reason why is because all idols in korea must to enlist until age 30 by korea law, so they are enlisted from the year 2019 and some of them will finish in 2025 (sehun and kai)

About the members - they are nine members but they got a Chinese member who didn't renewed his contract with sm so he is not under sm entertainment anymore but still part of exo

Because you like this song so much, you definitely should also check out the EXO-M Mandarin Chinese version of "Call Me Baby." If you watch the two versions side by side, you will see that the members that are featured in each part are different and even in the dance sections where you might think "it looks the same" there are different members doing different parts. The two versions of their MVs may look similar, but that's only because they filmed the MV twice and deliberately made the scenes look the same. Also if you really pay attention, the scenes may look the same, but the members who sing the parts are different depending on the version that you watch.
For example, in the Mandarin version you will see the EXO-M (Chinese) members featured more (Lay, Xiumin, Chen and Tao) and they sing the main parts, and in the Korean version the EXO-K members (D.O., Baekhyun, Chanyeol, Sehun, Suho and Kai) sing those same parts. In the Korean version a lot of the main parts were sung by D.O., but if you watch the mandarin version you will see that Lay sings those parts, and in the Mandarin version the rap was done by Tao and Xiumin, where in the Korean version it's Chanyeol and Sehun, etc. Also if you watch the Mandarin version you will be able to see a different sports car with Tao driving the car instead of Kai.
If you want to understand EXO's MVs then you need to know that "Mama" is EXO's debut song and MV and it is how EXO was introduced to the world and it explains the group's concept, and since then, everything SM does branches off from that storyline.
Now you also need to be aware that In the beginning EXO had 12 members and they were split up into 2 groups EXO-K and EXO-M. EXO-K sang and performed their songs in Korean and EXO-M sang and performed those same songs in Mandarin Chinese. EXO-K had 6 Korean members and EXO-M had 4 Chinese members and 2 Korean members. So to really understand their full origin story you have to watch both the K and the M version of "Mama", because the EXO-K version focuses on the K members and their powers and the EXO-M version focuses on the M members and their powers.
However, since then, 3 of the 4 Chinese members have left the group (short answer to focus on their solo work back in China) but there is still one Chinese member left, Lay. (Any performances or MVs you watch that took place prior to May 2014 you will see all 12 members.)
In "Call Me Baby," as you see, there are only 10 members. This MV came out in 2015 and it was the first MV after 2 of EXO's Chinese members left -- Kris left right after their "Overdose" MV came out and Luhan left about 6 months later in 2014. This also was the last MV were we see Tao, the third Chinese member that left the group. Tao (The tall, blond with the orange shoes who is the youngest member of EXO-M) left the group shortly after "Call Me Baby."
After the Chinese members left, they no longer had enough EXO-M members to promote on their own so they officially combined the groups into one with 9 members. Now that they no longer promote as the two separate groups, they now only produce their main tracks in both Korean and Mandarin. However, they still produce a Korean version and a Mandarin version of almost all of their MVs. Lay is the only Chinese member left, but all the members learn the lyrics in Mandarin for their Chinese versions of their songs.
Fun fact: Leading up to the release of the "Call Me Baby" MV, there were 10 Pathcode teasers that were released over several weeks. There was a short teaser video for each of the members, and combined with clues from an SM Entertainment twitter account, we had to piece together the story and solve the mystery to reveal the release date and title of EXO's new song, which ended up being "Call Me Baby." If you notice, there are 10 letters in the title "Call Me Baby" so there was one letter per EXO member. If you want to watch their Pathcode teasers just search SM's CZcams channel. They are all there. The stories in the teasers also connect to EXO's larger storyline as well, and it is thought that they not only show clues to "Call Me Baby," but they also reveal more clues to EXO's storyline and tell a little more of EXO's story. The Pathcode videos are super interesting and very mysterious, just like everything EXO does.
I must say you one of the best Exo songs this reaction. Although a friendly reminder, I'd suggest to comment after pausing the video cause you'll miss the details. Exo songs have many meaning and a proper storyline to follow. They're the first group to start whole concept thing in their mvs. You're right, the guide of each member might help in understand the mv better.

Okay, so EXO is one of the Gods that created kwangya, but they have their own storyline ad they are aliens that fight vs the red force. Each if them have their own powers etc.
You are not going to find a lot of things about kwangya in EXO stuff because it's not their main storyline as I said, but you can find things about EXO in another SM groups MVS.

I can recommend the EXO ultimmate guide to learn a little more about the group and its members. They are still active and are called the Vocal Kings of K-pop. I recommend EXO Obsession, Tempo, Lotto or Overdose. And both Kai and Baekhyun's solo songs.

React exo live perform at concert
As with most of EXO's songs and MVs -- such as "Love Shot" -- the song and the story in the MV are two separate things. There are two messages that the story tells in the MV. Yes, the story in the MV is loosely based on the lyrics of the song, but the main point of the MV is mostly to tell another part of EXO's story.
There are 8 members in "Love Shot." Lay, their Chinese member, was not able to participate in this MV.
Part of EXO's mission is they are constantly fighting against and battling the Red Force for control. The Red Force is thought to be here on Earth inflicting their evil agenda and corrupting humanity and causing all the bad things that are happening in the world such as war, hate and destruction of the environment, etc. While on their quest to locate and protect the Tree of Life, EXO is also tasked with trying to fix everything the Red Force has caused. And because EXO is trying to undo and prevent the Red Force from accomplishing their goals, the Red Force is also trying to take down EXO by capturing them, corrupting them and standing in their way, etc.
So each new MV or project from EXO tells another part of the story.
In "Love Shot" I'm not sure why EXO first ended up at the gas/service station or the cinema/movie theater, but the story in this MV is all about how the Red Force is trying to corrupt and control them. For example, supposedly, most fans agree, that Xiumin may have been captured by the Red Force -- or maybe it's his X-EXO clone. If you notice, Xiumin is squaring off with a group of guys with guns, but a few seconds later we see someone with a mask and when the mask is removed you see that it's Xiumin, which seems to show that he may not be who we think he is.
And when Chen is sitting in the theater watching the film, you see what fans agree is Suho, as the leader, probably trying to protect the members and prevent Chen from watching the film by covering his eyes. Whatever is being played on the movie screen is thought to probably be the Red Force trying to control EXO.
You also will see references to the movie screen with Chen being projected on the screen in their "Lucky One" MV and the scene where Suho is running through the forest in their "For Life" MV, etc. These instances seem to be showing times when the Red Force are using the videos to brainwash EXO and to keep them incapacitated so they don't try to fight back or escape, etc.
In "Love Shot" one theory is that the members are fighting to discover who has been corrupted by the Red Force and who may not be who they say they are, etc., which I see as a sort of continuation of the story in their "Tempo" MV. This is why you see them being very suspicious pointing their guns -- which are filled with alcohol -- at each other. (Get it? the song is called "Love Shot" so it has a double meaning: Love Shot like a gun and Love Shot like a shot of alcohol. :D)
The flowers have two purposes, one is they represent Love and EXO is collecting love, but also the flowers are a big part of EXO's storyline. There has been a flower theme that continues throughout all of EXO's MVs. The flowers are thought to be something that EXO is collecting and trying to get rid of to prevent the Red Force from being able to control people, etc. They often collect the flowers and then burn them, like you see in "Love Shot" and you will see in EXO-CBX's "Hey Mama" MV. Blue roses also have some sort of significance, but I am not sure what yet -- we see EXO with a blue rose in their concert performances of "Lightsaber" and we see Sehun with a blue rose in "Love Shot." Some of what happens in this story is explained by past MVs and other parts will hopefully, be explained as the story continues in future MVs.
Money is the root of all evil, and people's obsession with material goods and wealth could be one of the ways the Red Force is using to control humanity. Which is why you see EXO trying to take down the gambling ring in their "Monster" and "Lotto" MVs and why they talk about money in EXO-CBX's Japanese song "Ka-Ching," etc. They also burn the giant stack of money in "Monster"/"Lotto." it's not an isolated incident, so it's obviously a significant thing within EXO's storyline.
Baekhyun is actually one of the main characters in EXO's storyline, so he is often set apart or singled out in EXO's MVs. He is often the one that stands alone or is highlighted in the story. For example, in their "Power" MV Baekhyun has been singled out and is sort of separated from the other members, which seems to suggest maybe Baekhyun is the only member that hasn't been corrupted by the Red Force. So that is thought to be why in "Tempo" and in "Love Shot" we see Baekhyun standing on top of the building looking down on the rest of the members, almost as if he is observing them from another dimension or from another time period. Baekhyun is often the one who is going behind the sense to help EXO. For example, we see him disguised as a member of the police as he rescues the other members from the back of the police van in "Monster," and we see Baekhyun facing off with and confronting Xiumin in "Love Shot." :D
And now that we have discovered that the Red Force has created X-EXO, EXO's evil clones, as part of "Obsession's" story, I am also starting to think that maybe in "Love Shot" we aren't just seeing EXO. I think maybe when we see the members dressed in the bright colors -- for example, when they are in their suits -- this might be X-EXO and when we see the scenes were they are in black, this could be EXO. Because in "Obsession" we find out that the members in all black are EXO the good guys, and when we see them in the colorful outfits with the crazy hair and makeup that is their X-EXO.
This could also explain why Kai is dressed in a red suit. Although I am sure their stylists put him in red because he looks really good in it, I think SM chose it because it's another hidden message within the storyline. Usually, whenever we see red in EXO's MVs this has something to do with the Red Force, so for a long time I have been wondering why then would they put Kai in a red suit? However, now that we know about the X-EXO members, I am starting to think that when we see the members in their colorful suits and clothing in "Love Shot" this is actually the X-EXO members, so when we see Kai in red this is his alter ego clone, as well as the other members when we see them in suits, etc.
I also think maybe the members who are collecting all the flowers in "Love Shot" are really X-EXO, as part of some evil plot, etc. If you look at the members expressions and the outfits they are wearing in the scenes where you see them collecting the flowers, this reminds me a lot of what they looked like in their "Ko Ko Bop" MV. Since "Obsession," theories now think that what the "Ko Ko Bop" MV was showing us was X-EXO right after they were created as they are becoming acclimated to the world and learning how to use their powers, etc. Which would explain why everything in the "Ko Ko Bop" MV is so brightly colored as well.
But you should also know that no one really knows for sure what is happening in any of EXO's MVs. There are well known theories and storylines that are accepted within the fandom, which we think might explain what is happening in each MV. And there are theories about how each MV is connected and where each falls within their larger storyline, but nothing is set in stone. Fan theories are constantly evolving and changing with every introduction of a new piece of the puzzle.
