It’s good to know this before going to university! I still have a few years but it’s good to get somebody’s perspective on it!👍🏻 Throw yourself into everything.... got it!😁💞
Absolutely!!
ahh lovee the intro!!! these tips will be helpful for me after 5 years :Dthnxxx
Thankyou so much:) glad you found them helpful! and tysm I've not met many people with green eyes :)
Soo true on the overwhelming workload! You just need to manage your time well so that you still have fun time :) amazing video! 🤍
So true! thankyou :)
i’m absolutely shitting myself for uni but this was really helpful! seems like you have good perspective on your year and stuff :)
Hey! That’s totally understandable it’s a massive change! What are you most worried about?:)
Great tips for those entering in uni! Looking forward for your uni moments and experiences! 😍
Aww thankyou so much! I’m excited to create more content while I’m at uni:)
You've got it right there kiddo, 2nd year is a big kick in the teeth at UoM 😂😂 My advice - don't take on more than you can stomach and pace yourself. There will be many points throughout the year when you feel like you're drowning. When that happens, try to take a step back, take a break, indulge in self-care and get back to it fully charged. Avoid burn out at all cost. I'm still recovering now after the year finished on 8th June 😂😂😂 Good luck, you've got this! ❤️🍀
Thankyou so much!! and good luck with 3rd year! I'm sure you'll smash it :) x
Its great u provide good tips to students who are about to enter college. For me, I’ll be going to junior yr of college. I absolutely agree with what u have said. Four yrs of college is short, besides study hard for our degree, we should have fun as well . Just subscribed to ur channel, love to be friend and stay connected ❤️❤️
Thankyou so much and yes let’s keep connected :) x
I’m graduating from my psychology degree this year! Nothing but facts in this video, I couldn’t agree more with every single point. University really is about the experience; have fun with it, learn from it and grow with it🥰
That’s amazing! Well done on graduating especially in a pandemic!!! Thankyou so much for watching! and yeah I’m defo looking forward to next year to just experience more of the craziness of uni! X
@@PhoebeJones thank you so much! 💕 I can confirm, the workload gets bigger and bigger with each year, but like you said in the video, you learn to manage quickly. It feels scary at the start, but it does get easier 😊 The craziness absolutely continues though! And I wish you only the best of luck and the happiest of times x
I'm incoming second year on middle school this year but damn I need to prepare myself for college and adjusting my environment, this helps me a lot to have an idea THANKKKSSS
I’m glad you found it useful! Enjoy middle school!😊
Love your video 😍😍
Thank you so much 😀
waaaahh this would be a great advice for the one's who'll take up college! and somehow i can relate to this HAHAHAHA upcoming second year college student hereee!
You got this! college is hard! good luck for next year :) x
@@PhoebeJones tysm!! 💛💛
Great video 💯
Thanks!!!
Nice. Awesome video
Thankyou!
i'm going to university next year, after hearing you this now i'm more exited to go to university :) hope you understand, english is not my first language
Your English is perfect! And I’m glad you’re excited! It’s a massive change but full of great opportunities
I admire you. God bless you.
Thankyou
Hey Phoebe, what's your opinion on joining multiple societies and clubs on your first year of uni? Great info in the vid btw 👌
I'd say Go for it! first year is the time to try new things and embrace uni life before grades really matter. if you go to a society and don't like it you don't have to go again, most do taster sessions so you can get an idea before you pay. As I hardly experienced any societies last year I am defo going to join a few this year:) and thankyou for watching :)
miss our catch-ups at work😂 xxx
Same ahhhhh
If you’re at uni what’s your biggest piece of advice?
If you are heading to uni, what are you most nervous about?
Making friends is what I'm nervous about.
Everyone is in the same position, I hope things go well for you
@@PhoebeJones Thank you. Hopefully, things get well better for you too.
I have a question, is it possible if I NEVER took and learn physical science stream (physics, biology, chemistry) in highschool and diploma. BUT I want to take a degree in psychology. Plus Im quite bad at mathematics as well... So can you give me your opinion? Would you suggest me to take it?
P/s: Btw Im still in my diploma right now in Human Resource Management.
Hi, I’m really not sure, there is some maths and biology involved but most of it is essay writing, I’d maybe look at some courses to see if it’s something you are really wanting to do, as if you are determined and put in the work then you will be able to do the degree :)
@@PhoebeJones alright thank you so much for your insight
