I like to imagine this little scene when Persius learned that Bell is back for good: Soldier: Comrade Persius, sir, we have recieved the message about the American team. According to the information, they will be deploying in Ukraine, near DUGA Radar Towers. Persius: DUGA, you say? Where did it come from, comrade? Soldier: West Germany, comrade Persius. The code phrase was authentic: "Stalin's blood," sir. Shall we inform the Army? Persius: No, prepare my personal Spetsnaz and my plane. I'll personally see to it and make sure our good comrade Stalin is back for good. Soldier: Um, but what about the plan, comrade? Persius: Stand by on it. The Soviet Union does not abandon it's comrades, and neither does Persius abandon one of its own.
Its honestly admirable that Perseus receives a call from his right hand man who he thought dead and immediately runs all the way to Ukraine with a battallion to help him
This could easily be Canon in the Cod Ghost Universe and Explain why America is a Wasteland. If they make a Ghost 2 they can use This Version of Bell as a Antagonist

So who was actually Perseus or was Perseus just a bunch of people?
@@R4PID_LOK3STER Perseus is an organization working to make USSR the only Superpower.
@@R4PID_LOK3STER Perseus is never a person, it is Everybody who contributed to Soviet Union
Well technically Bell is Perseus because he’s part of the group.
I like to imagine this little scene when Persius learned that Bell is back for good:
Soldier: Comrade Persius, sir, we have recieved the message about the American team.
I actually teared up a little lol That was so well written!

Not only that Adler fired first, which most likely means that bullet hits its mark especially when our vision gets abruptly goes black after we hear the gun shot.
If bell shot first, I would believe that he most likely had survived. Perhaps Adler's shot got moved off course as his body reacts to the shot on him before he got to fire, which could result in Bell getting hit in a non vital place.
