    Well totally wrong. Uae got countless taxes which are not called taxes
    Starting from toll road taxes known as Salik. Dubai home allowance another tax for living within Dubai added to electricity bills and the list goes on.

    • @hishamalaker491
      @hishamalaker491 Před rokem +1

      well they are not much and how is electricity bill a tax exactly? it doesent count as a tax in the west. but the Salik yeah it aint really a tax but its something that sucks.

    • @ekklesiast
      @ekklesiast Před rokem +1

      I agree that there are plenty of taxes that are not called taxes, but Salik is not one of them. You only pay for what you personally use, that's not a tax. Same as airplane ticket price is not a tax but a payment for a specific service you buy.

    There’s a lot of other sacrifices and the fact that UAE desperately wants to be a tourism capital after their many billions in failed infrastructure (palm islands, etc).

    • @haneef4189
      @haneef4189 Před rokem +1

      The Palm islands are not "infrastructure". They are tourist attractions that have made hundreds of millions in profit from tourism

    Your salary is 100% minus the % taken away before you get that salary .
    Like, your pay should be..... 110, 000 but you are paid. 100, 000.
    Another way, your work is worth 110,000 but you are paid only 100,000.
    In the US your income tax is 10,000 but your work is 110,000,
    Thus you check is 110,000 - you income tax 10,000.
    I don’t see any difference.
    But
