The only "drum product" I'm interested in is a really successful band, which means MONEY! The only ones who consistently make huge sales are the instrument manufacturers and product dealers?!🤨
In fact, before having bands, i needed to have a drum set…
And I know more people that buy instruments to learn and enjoy by themselves than people that buy instruments and have bands
Another point, every guitar player I know have more than 3 guitars. So it’s normal that product companies tend to be more successful that regular artists and bands. Another thing to mention is the investment on the product, marketing, etc… which a lot of bands do apply the same way (most of it because they don’t have money, i know that too).
In my opinion, when you spend most of your days playing a lot of hours or when you are a professional player, the product quality means a lot
