Rock it for me is about putting in the rhythm into something plain, Dramophone is getting people together no matter what group they are affiliated with, Lone Digger is standing out in a crowd with attitude and confidence, Wonderland is the inner emotions you feel about yourself and the people around you, and Midnight is a interpretation of urban life that has it's consequences based on bad choices.

To those who don't know, there is a horse stables in Compton. It's ran by the Compton Jr. Mounted Posse. This is in Los Angeles and gangland territory.
In my opinion, Midnight is a representation of urban life, and also an allusion to the frontier of the Wild West.
A car being stolen like the one in the video is like a horse robbery, and what looks to be similarities to what I assume to be a barber, a hooker, and a snake oil seller (stood in front of what I assume to be stolen cars).
An interesting observation, the Midnight Cowboy himself is the same man as the one playing basketball against one of the car thieves (or at least, I'm 80% sure he is), which could be a representation of a vigilante. Vigilantism and bounty hunting was very common back in the Old West, and we can see that he is not a member of law enforcement himself, as we see flashing red and blue lights near the end of the video.
A few points I want to make myself about the old Cowboy Code that fit into this line of thought:
-- Never steal another man's horse. A horse thief pays with his life. (In this case, it's more Life In Prison)
-- Look out for your own. (Cars & Horses were considered equally valuable commodities)
-- A cowboy doesn't talk much; he saves his breath for breathing.
-- Don't make a threat without expecting dire consequences.
All of these we see within the video, which further backs up the symbolism.
As typical to a character, such as The Man With No Name, he rides off, waiting for the right moment to help out wherever he can.
I think its trying to show a story about a criminal being haunted by his past. This relates to how criminals today are not caught during the action of crime but a lot times through mistakes they make in the past. Like leaving fingerprints or giving names. And through that police are able to track them down. No person can run away from that. The horse clearly references the past to when criminals were outlaws. and at the end they got tracked down and caught by the outlaw (past events).
Moral: dont commit crimes because your past will catch up with you

really guys take in the fact that the guy on the horse is a homie.

At first I was thinking this was particularly flat and eh for a caravan palace video, but when the two groups collided with the old fashioned sheriff and the modern criminals, I actually really liked the video. Nothing with a hidden message (as far as I could tell) like most of CP's other videos, just a cool story, and even some mystery still. Who is the sheriff dude and why does he ride a horse with a lasso like he's in the old west? Especially when he's in compton? Another good video, like always.
To me the hidden message is your past will always catch you. And you can see this because at the end, when the man on the horse started circling them, he got all these flashbacks of the wrongs he did.
The horse and the man could represent the past creeping up on you when you least expect it. Because who expects an old guy on a horse to catch you.

Je n'ai jamais pris autant de plaisir à écouter une musique depuis plus de 20ans. Cette musique est parfaite en tout point. Elle mérite d'être diffusé et d'être écouté par le monde entier. Cette musique est une symphonie. Une pepite comme peu on en écoute de nos jours. Une perfection, un plaisir, un orgasme. Sa fait 6mois que je l'écoute plus de 20 fois par jour. Je tiens à dire qu'à partir de 2min30 la musique prend tt son sens. Ma musique préfèré pdt plus de 20ans était "the great gig in the sky" des pink Floyd. Et celle ci vient de la rejoindre dans la catégorie meilleur musique de tt les temps.
