It works by combining anti-fungal and pro-desquamating (basically gentle peeling to reveal new skin) ingredients. Obviously do check that you are not allergic to the antifungal or that there is no contra-indication, but it is just a topical, no prescription. I *really* hope it helps you as much as it helps me. I have psoriasis especially my scalp & ears I was 70% covered so I have immune suppressants now which has cleared my body but still struggle to get rid of it out my scalp n ears n people always tell me I need to clean my ears out lol 😆

Yes! literally everything on the market and nothing works for me, plus GP's are just prescribing steroids which I do not want to use @@secondbestpriest
i don't think people understand how psoriasis works. my dad has it and the only way he's been able to 'get rid' of it is to have a skin injection which pretty much gets rid of his immune system. it doesn't make a difference if you wash more, it will still be there🙄😂
Don't talk to me about crusty skin 😂 I get exma so bad on my hands and ankles and it drives me insane 😫 I hate it. But I've never even noticed anything on U so ppl must look very close at Ur face when they watch U 😂

Extra desquamation is happening already in the case of psoriasis, doing this more will make it worse. The moisturising factor is great though
In her case it won't be fungal related as she has managed to treat it on her scalp and ears
