again please don't mention the name of the show. i think youtube is done with it's deleting of videos, but i just want to be safe.
look at me actually uploading videos! i was so surprised with the views/likes my last klaus video had in just a short time and i had so many ideas for another (few!) videos for him so here it is! i fell in love with song the moment i heard it and it screams klaus.

I love this character soooo much... the sad thing is, i can relate to him
this is such a beautiful edit. klaus’ character shows how hard fighting trauma and addiction is, and some of the awful things addiction/withdrawal causes - the relapses, memory loss, letting down the people you love because they don’t understand, and eventually having them almost give up on you completely - i could go on and on, but i fucking love the way you’ve edited this video. klaus has been through so much. his story has made me cry every time ive rewatched tua
I feel the exact same way. As a recent psychology graduate, I wanted to focus a lot on different aspects of his struggles with mental illnesses and trauma throughout the series. I think that's why I was so drawn to him as a character, as a psych major and someone who has experienced mental illness. Not only is he one of the most relatable characters, but he's gone through so much that you can't help but sympathize with him. Thank you so much for the kind words, and I'm really glad that you enjoyed the video!

oh, also, about the sympathizing part, not everybody is like you. youre rare, at least in my experience. but i think its amazing what you’re doing. i know its hard to find in the tua fandom, thankfully, but ive seen more slander and hate put on addicts than positivity in any way, when most of them have such a traumatic past and are only trying to cope. thank you again for being as understanding as you are
@@jake-hg8im I've definitely seen a lot more hate towards addicts than sympathy and understanding, even by some in my own field. Just by knowing quite a few addicts in my own life and just hearing stories from others, it's easy to see that addiction is just like every other mental illness out there: it's not a choice at all and those who are suffering with it need just as much help as anyone else dealing with mental illness like depression or anxiety. I tried to showcase that with this video in terms of what Klaus was going through. Like he had a reason for his drug use. Again thanks so much and I'm really glad you liked it!

just came across this and i love it! good song choice too!! i hope klaus’ siblings realise that he is going through a serious withdrawal and that they understand his a lot more. klaus has also like vanya been pushed aside cuz no one understands what he sees and how it makes him feel. i just wish they all talked about it :(
Thank you so much! I totally agree. Klaus has been through so much like torture, Vietnam, losing Dave, and withdrawal and no one but Ben is paying him any mind. I want someone to know everything that he went through instead of him just saying "oh i lost someone." It feels almost like a cheat in the show. Hopefully this season the show will dive deeper into those struggles and have his (living) siblings actually care about him!

I'm thinking of starting make edits, and I was wondering how you get the clips and the music! Also I can't stop watching this, absolutely love it!
You should definitely make edits! They are the most fun to make, and I'm really glad that you like the video! I'm using a Macbook so I use quicktime player to screen record the clips from Netflix and then I just bought the song off of itunes. If you don't have a mac, I'm pretty sure there's other screen recording softwares that you can download to get clips from. Hope that this helps!
