Good Morning Raj. This is a gorgeous home. The only thing that needs to be bigger is the walk in pantry. Fantastic floor plan. Love the second floor.
Yes, bigger is better! think the large laundry room helps for storage too. Not ideal to store food there but perhaps large packages would be great there.

What is the price with all the upgrades i see in this home or the price with the most upgrades you can get in this floor plan especially back yard and patio?
Tough to say until they sell the model home. I believe average upgrades would be 10-15% of base price. A model home could be much higher, possibly 20-25% of base price. This is a very general statement though because it does depend on the upgrades. I recommend walking a home under construction near closing and then get a feel for cost of upgrades.

@@beverlyjackson8832 The model home will be sold towards the end of the neighborhood being built out and then we will know pricing. They do not know when this will happen because it depends on how quickly they can build homes here.
