@@indigo7898 Helmets are worn, also as a mountain biker myself this what you see is relativily safe compared to the more dangerous levels of mountain biking. Look up for example World cup downhill mtb, Red bull Hardline, Red Bull Rampage.
@@EarthlyEden1 Going of the speed he went down with, if he hits a tree a helmet is not going to safe him. Thats instant internal inurys and heavy blunt force trauma. Its like getting into a motorcycle crash with a bicycle helemet on.

@@jamesi6262 I've never done construction work, but I have been a janitor for years and I do stretches every day before I start working because the last thing you want to do is lift something heavy and pull a muscle that keeps you out for the rest of the day. You don't want to neglect stretching even if your role is to just push the wheelbarrow. As for the instructor, the stretches aren't that hard, just watch what they're doing. It could be a personal trainer/fitness instructor that primarily hosts classes which typically offer half hour and full hour sessions and for extra money they can go to your location. It's worth the money for a construction company as they get their money's worth by preventing on-sight injury.

As someone that's worked in several manual labor intensive jobs, group stretching at the start of shifts has become increasingly common in recent years. It makes sense, spend only 1-2 minutes stretching and you can prevent many common workplace injuries. A win for both employers and employees.

One of the things I enjoy the most about DDOI is that the first thing he shows in his video is what is the thumbnail and title. You don't have to wait for what hooked you in to the video or have to be click baited and still it's entertaining to watch. This is the ideal CZcams channel in my opinion.
