Is there a discount for international students for ov chip cards?

Face masks are now mandatory in several crowded areas. Both outside in the street and inside shops etc. Fine for not wearing the mask is 104 euro including 9 euro administrative fee. In the whole of the Netherlands, it is mandatory to keep a minimum distance of at least 150cm at all times, inside any building and outside in the street, or fine is 400 euro. Many people who live in Amsterdam are very upset about the many people who are ignoring the rules, endangering others, who could die or suffer lifelong chronic illness caused by corona. If you violated any of the rules in the past two weeks, you should stay in quarantine for two weeks, during which time you can't meet anyone. Tuncay and Yee Man were clearly less than 150cm from each other at some moments, so should be in quarantine.
This video was obviously created before Corona hit (probably last year's footage). + There's no proof for lifelong chronic illness you're talking about, also young people are basically unaffected by Corona, please stop spreading panic and being annoying.
@@grocery9229 In the video at Schiphol station people wear face masks and you can see the sign for mandatory face masks, so filming was done recently.
The virus causes serious damage to almost any organ, for >50% of cases, including young and asymptomatic people. Some manifest now, most will suffer the consequences in 5 to 15 years from now. Many young people are responsible for the recent increase because of not following rules strictly, causing deaths and (chronic) illnesses with other (younger and older) people. If you don't follow the rules, you are causing deaths and sever bodily harm to many. Think about that. So follow all the rules strictly, keep at least 150 cm distance at all times, sensible is to limit the number of social contacts, and avoid crowded areas/places. If you violated any rule at any time, stay in self quarantine for ten days. If any symptoms, get tested immediately.

If you are unable to figure out the application process, I doubt you will be a suitable candidate to study Dentistry.
