A revolutionary chapter in U.S. Labor History. The sit-down strike was the original OCCUPY.
4300 South Saginaw is the site of the marker, I think, but there are 1-2 more on the 300 block of South Chevrolet Avenue.
thanks (explains why i can't find it on any modern maps) but do you know what street corner the historic marker is on?

what was the flint fisher body plant address?the plant may have been demolished (i truly don't know) but does anyone know where the plant is/was?
malleymyster The plant isn't there any more. Is was close to where Kettering University is now. If you look at a map of the area around kettering you'll notice open field areas and thats where the plant was.
anybody else notice this wont share correctly with facebook? other videos work fine , so not youtube.. just this vid... how come?
