    Finally, a second channel on building the Graf Zeppelin. I am an beginner in model building. I did not know it will take this long to complete this kit. Can you give me estimate as to how many more parts to this kit so I can I can die in peace.😊😊😊

    Hmm… that’s a rather good idea to use a rubber mat. Although I build these Metal Earth Models. I use a good pair of sharp side cutters and a small Neodymium Magnet. So when I cut the part free, the magnet will catch the part if it goes flying.
    I also use a magnetic mat to place all loose parts on so I don’t lose them if I accidentally bump the table.

      Unfortunately the idea wont work with photoetch, it is generally made from thin brass so magnets have no effect sadly,

    It interesting to see you use the rubber mat. Common wisdom has always been to use a glass or ceramic tile. I accidently used a rubber mat a couple of years ago and found the results far better. And that is my go to process now. Glad I was not completely crazy lol
