this year i’ve decided to finally respect and take care of my soul, mind, and body. I’ve been in a toxic relationship for as long as I could remember. It all ended 2 and a half years ago, i’ve been in a dark place ever since. But now, it all clicked inside of my brain, I will only live once. Every second I waste, i’ll never get back. Live your life to the fullest, no one’s worth ruining your life over for. Work on yourself and your happiness, reach that beautiful calm state of mind. You matter and you always will, and remember: Whatever happens, happens. Stop worrying and start breathing for real.
I love this comment and I think all of it speaks true. I used to always be worried about how I was spending my time, knowing I was going to die. My ultimate goal is to extend my lifespan for as long as possible through my songs and impact that I have on people so I try and stay as diligent as possible. It sucks though, you said go smell a flower, I've tried so damn hard to enjoy being outside and the world around me and no matter what I do I cant seem to get any satisfaction from it. I'm not even depressed anymore (at least I don't think so, maybe some minor case that I'm to used to and cant notice/differentiate from what real stability is). I wish I enjoyed going for walks : (

Well I don’t know if people still listen to this song and if anyone will read my comment. My ex gf broke up with me about a month ago for the worst reason of them all. An animal for example (puppy, kitten). One thing for sure is to not keep your emotions bottled up. You will end up doing something irrational and youll regret it. find something to keep your mind off it. something that makes you happy like a hobby. Cut things out of your life that dont make you happy theyll only set you back. People will often tell you that the pain gets easier with time and i believe that. Keep pushing. Dont stop.
