  • Masala Corn Chaat
    Ingredients:
    1 cup = 250ml
    Boiling :
    Water
    1 1/2 cup - Fresh Corn
    Pinch - Turmeric Powder
    1 tsp - Sugar
    Boil for 4-5 minutes and strain it and Put immediately Cold Water and keep aside
    Making Chaat :
    Take a Bowl
    Boil Corn
    1 no. - Tomato Chopped
    1 tbsp - Green Chilli Chopped
    1 no. - Onion Chopped ( Small )
    2 tbsp - Coriander Leaves Chopped
    1 tsp - Green Onion Chopped
    1 tsp - Chaat Masala
    1/2 tsp - Red Chilli Powder
    1 tbsp - Schezwan Sauce or Chutney (Ching’s )
    Salt to taste
    1/2 Packet - Maggi-magic E Masala
    1/2 tsp - Lemon Juice ( as per your taste) stir Properly
    Serve:
    Chaat
    Red chilli Thin Sev
    Grated Cheese
    Maggi-magic E Masala
    Spring onion
    Chaat masala
    Coriander leaves Chopped
