Really good video! I really enjoyed seeing the various dishes here. I've never had haleem but that one looks amazing! The crunch of that bun kabob near the end was really satisfying to listen to also.

Awesome video. It might only be me but I hate lemon on desi curries (it's great in east Asian curries though). The only desi curry it's good on is achari gosht. Definitely never in or on my haleem!!

Nursery Bun kabab is usually bland and that's what makes it unique and it's an original bun kabab without the fusion of grosß ketchup and mayonnaise
you should try a shawarma in karachi whenever you can. it's less like a shawarma and more like a roll but soo good
Haleem has got to be my all time favourite comfort food.. I literally ate spoiled Haleem and didn't realize it.
The lettuce sounded so fresh and crisp on the bun kabobs 😮

Bro, you haven't tried a Nalli Nihari or Katakat or Chicken Biryani of Burns Road. There is a place Al Asif in Sorabh Goth. You should try Afghani Boti, which is my one of my favourites.

1:55 The thing about gola kabab/dori kabab is that, the marinade for the masala uses more amount of tenderisers than normal seekh kabab. Like more of Nutmeg, Papaya etc. That's why they need the string to hold the kabab on the grill. *Don't know about the stir fry step....never seen it in India. They serve it directly as you shown in the video with your uncle.

Welcome to Karachi Bilal 😁 By adding vlarified butter to the gola kababs, you get a dish called 'Kabab Fry which is simply delicious'. You should definitely go to Ghaffar Kabab House for some authentic bbq scene.
Go to Al-Kabab in the Bahadrabad area in Karachi. Best, authentic BBQ.

@@GoldenGully I don't know lol. I don't eat it a lot. But there's a place in boat basin called *Nihair Inn* that has quite nice Nihari. IDK if it's the best because the last time we went it wasn't as nice as it always is.

Since you're in Karachi don't forget to try Biryani. I would suggest you check out Allah Wala Biryani on near Mazar e Quaid it's by far the best chicken biryani in Karachi in my opinion.
