Love the truck bro! I've got a single cab ram express, dropped on 2/4 belltech suspension as well. With an aftermarket front splitter. The 2/4 may not be a big drop but it really makes the truck look more like a sport truck.
When it settles it will sit a little lower than that bro it’s going to look sick it already does !
The Ram looks good! I’m looking for a 2/4 drop as well. Something subtle but not too low. I also looked at a 3/5 but I would scrape in most Houston retail store driveways. Plus, Houston gets a lot of floods. I have an all blackout 2022 Ram 1500 Crew Cab. No chrome whatsoever. 😎

The 3/5 was discontinued. Belltech makes a 2/4 drop kit. IHC makes a 4/6, aswell as a 5/7 drop kit

I just bought belltech front and rear shocks and a 2" drop shackle for the rear of my 02 1500 sport sbsc to make it level. I wish it was it was this easy to drop my truck a little more without having to completely taking out entire suspension compents like the knuckles and get different leafs. I do think i'll be very happy with the leveling kit and street performance suspension though.
As much as I don't like the newer model rams, they manage to bring a great look when lowered.
Black out emblems. Hyper dip . Did my srt wheels and made big difference.

2 4 drop looks good but as he gets older he will regret the straight pipes. Drove old Kenworth when younger no muffler and destroyed hearing. What 2 4 drop did you use?
Bro you need to buy a sway bar bell tech sells them you will be shocked at how much better it handles. That’s why I love 4 gen dodges they handle like sports cars

@@SingleCabCoby that IHC kit is a lot better. Gotta have the rear relocation brackets (cut kit) which belltech don’t offer. I’m putting the 3/5 IHC on my 2014 Ram

I have a 2016 Ram 1500 4x4 quad cab. The kit I’m trying to order only comes with 2 coil springs for rear, 4 shocks, link bars, and rubber stops. Don’t I need coil springs for the front too? That’s what the kit comes with. It’s a belt tech drop kit.
I just had truck dropped but when I tried to get the alignment I was told that it was impossible to do,why I don’t know but I did the same thing a 2/4 drop so now I don’t know what to do or where to take it to get aligned,please help!

I did take the badge off lol, live and learn.. but it’s fbo/cam with a beefed up transmission now so it’s faster than most R/T trucks now anyways 🤷♂️

I got a dropped ram also, do you have issues sometimes where it feels like it shakes at higher speeds happens to me but not all the time
Honestly, haven’t had any wobbling issues from any speeds, only thing I’d say is make sure to upgrade the shocks aswell (if possible) to smooth out the smaller bumps

I have a 2016 express love my truck man...how is the ride with it lowered and do you have the death wobble any that folks talk about....thanks...I'm looking to lower mine some not to much..I also want to but the air bags in the springs for towing..as my truck has the 3.92 gear and tow stuff on it..its a reg cab like yours....2 wheel drive...thanks...
It’s actually very nice ride quality, shocks are still stock too, would recommend the drop shocks if you can afford to though 👌🏼

I’ve had 20s and now 22s on the truck with the 2/4, never had any issues with it eating tires or anything really

Absolutely! It’ll help smooth your ride out if you swap to those instead

With this type of drop do you have ground clearance issues over speed bumps or driveways? Does it hold up well when you Carry things in the bed? I would greatly appreciate your input since this might be the drop I'm most interested in for a daily driver
If you’re looking for a simple drop with all functionality of a daily, this is for sure the one to go with man. As always I recommend getting the 2/4 kit with the upgraded shocks included just to make it as smooth as can be at all times.

I dropped my ram 2018 single cab 2/4 drop , my truck at high speed wobbles or sways alot . did you use control arm brackets ?
No it was just springs and some bump stops, Get the adjustable panhard bar from spohn performance, it’ll help with that.
How much they charged you to install

Freeway rides really nice and smooth for me!
Remember to torque everything down a second time after 500 miles or so to make sure it’s all secure 👍🏼

Did you guys not replace the rear shocks with that 4” drop???
No it’s not 100% needed, but definitely recommended
@@SingleCabCoby You’ll certainly want to install a shorter shock. If that rear end fully extents you run a very high risk of the shorter coils either moving out of the coil pocket or completely coming out! The shock length is that only thing from keeping those coils from coming out..

at the time I didn’t see any, currently on the IHC 4/6 kit and the springs that comes with it are supposed to be cut to desired length

yeah, i bought the adjustable track bar for the rear, it will be installed when the IHC 4/6 drop kit is installed.

get an adjustable panhard bar for the rear, should take care of that issue bro

I thought all hemis were r/t?? I just bought a 2016 ram. Except previous owner (idk who ) removed all the badges. Like hemi , ram , lone star etc. So how do I know if mines an r/t ? Also question, I bought it and looks to have been dropped a bit , at least definitely in the back. Does that mean they had replaced the factory struts / springs ? What if I wanted to raise it back to factory height or at least similar to that ? Will I have to buy factory parts , or can I just add lift spacers ?
The R/T Ram is just the single cab with fully loaded interior, the standard 5.7 HEMI with a better diff and better gears from factory.. as for the rear sitting lower, I’d assume it’s just some drop shackles with all stock suspension but you’d have to check it out to make sure

People are dumb as shit RT stands for road track. 5.7 Hemi is the RT motor Didge didn't ever put RT badge on any Ram ever. I also have daytona charger 2003 RT. Which is the scat pack motors today.😅 so keep the RT looks nice did sane with my 2004 Gen 3. Also Happy Easter 😅
All you have to do is google “Ram R/T” and you’d see you’re wrong about that 😂 also.. your 2003 didn’t come with a 6.4 Scatpack motor bud. Happy Easter though

No sir, stock shocks will be fine, although I’d recommend it personally to help smooth out the ride as much as possible
