    Ever tried to crack the code of writing a corporate video script, only to find yourself lost in a sea of confusing, identical, and frankly dull film script documents? You're not alone. Many find the standard approach to scriptwriting overwhelmingly complex with its myriad of rules, formatting quirks, and jargon. But when it comes to the corporate world, things can, and should, be different. The realm of corporate video scripts is far removed from Hollywood's stringent screenplay guidelines, offering a breath of fresh air for scriptwriters and project runners alike.

Whether you’re about to write your first script or refining your skills, we guide you step-by-step, ensuring your message is clear, enticing, and above all, effective.

    What does a presenter script mean at 1:23?

    • @boxsetmedia
      @boxsetmedia  Před 2 měsíci

      It means a script that will be spoken word-for-word by a presenter in front of the camera (just like I'm doing in the video!)

    How do you write the script when there's no voiceover, just use one column for visuals? or no table at all?

    • @boxsetmedia
      @boxsetmedia  Před rokem +1

      I'd recommend using a table if you have more than one element in the video, such as 'Visuals' (to indicate the footage to be shown) and 'On Screen Text' (to indicate any captions or animated titles). What kind of videos are you making?

    • @BrunoCosta-wnft
      @BrunoCosta-wnft Před rokem

      @@boxsetmedia the thing is that there's no text either, no captions. It's just an actor doing stuff, background music and visual effects. It's about a man enjoying the Noise Canceling feature with Bose headphones.

    • @boxsetmedia
      @boxsetmedia  Před rokem +1

      @@BrunoCosta-wnft You might be ok without a table in that case. A clear description of the action for each scene should be all you need!

    • @BrunoCosta-wnft
      @BrunoCosta-wnft Před rokem

      @@boxsetmedia so are we talking about actions simply written in a Microsoft Word file?

      @@BrunoCosta-wnft Yep!

    You cant put words on the interviewee mouth…
    Most interviewee in my life : can you just write the script and we read it thanks…

    • @boxsetmedia
      @boxsetmedia  Před rokem

      Absolutely! I find that once the interviewees are relaxed and can see that i's more like an informal chat with a camera in the room, they soon loosen up and often give the best answers!
