  • Sand tea is a famous drink in Turkey, which is available in various cities throughout Turkey, including the Turkish capital Istanbul.
Hot sand is used on the stove to heat pots and tea while making tea and coffee in this region. As soon as you shake the kettle of tea dipped in sand, it suddenly starts boiling with excess heat! This scene is really unimaginable!
This famous sand tea of Turkey has now spread to different cities of the world. Even in Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh, a South Asian country thousands of miles away from Turkey, this Turkish sand tea is available.
A local tea entrepreneur who returned to the country with a long experience in making tea in Dubai opened this Turkish sand tea shop. Now he is the proprietor of the famous Raja Chai of Bangladesh.
He has set up more than 18 tea shops across Bangladesh, including a total of five outlets in Dhaka city, all of which sell this excellent Turkish sand tea.

The only thing Turkish about this is the store owner's affection for the country. Turks drink black tea. The only other addition is sugar.

I don't understand this pouring from high above the glass thing, cause all he is doing is making a mess and on top of that he is wasting product. But most of all it looks stupid cause he isn't even good at doing it or making it look good. Lol SMH!!!!

Possibly good but the technique he uses to make it are very far from being a Master. The High pouring skills needs a lot more practice, because its more product getting poured on the counter than the cups your serving.
