I am thrilled to introduce you to Megan, My talented and dedicated physiotherapist, and Nelia, a renowned biokinekist, and her team, who have meticulously studied the intricacies of bodyboarding to develop a specialized training program tailored specifically for me. Their comprehensive understanding of the sport allows us to target key areas of improvement and hone the skills necessary to excel in the sport of Bodyboarding.
As I prepare for my third World Title run, this video, titled "PRESEASON," captures the essence of my training routine as I ride waves on the South African coastline.

I`m a surfer since 20 years. Just bought my first bodyboard, flippers, etc. I thought i simply can not lay down in the wooden box until i get at least competent in this sport and watching your Video makes me even more hyped to get wet.
