  • We all love serverless, as it allows us to to create applications which are highly scalable and available, allowing us to focus on solving business solutions instead of managing infrastructure. One of these services is Azure Functions, which we use to run code in an event driven way. However, what if we run into the limitations on Functions, like not being able to do long-running processes? Or what if we want to orchestrate a process with many Functions, passing around data and state? How about implementing patterns like fan in / fan out, circuit breakers, or creating asynchronous APIs? Enter Durable Entities, which allows to take care of all these wishes, while still keeping all the goodness which serverless provides us.
    Who is it aimed at?
This session is aimed at developers and architects.
    Why should I attend?
To learn how Azure Durable Entities can help you to create stateful processes and entities, which won't cost anything until they are actually doing processing.
